Business isolation
Workspace records are protected by business membership rules enforced where data is stored. Linked customer, pet and service records must belong to the same business.
Role-based access
Owners control team access. Managers receive configurable financial and settings permissions. Employees have operational access; accountants can access financial reporting without managing operational or employee records.
Account protection
Email verification, password recovery, session validation and sign-out protect account access. Service credentials are kept out of the website’s public code.
Responsible disclosure
Report suspected security issues privately. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or customer records in your message.
