Kennelyst is operated by its founder, who is forming Kennelyst Technologies LLC (registration pending). References to "Kennelyst", "we" or "us" mean the seller described here. This page will be updated with the entity's registration details once formed.
Data controller
The seller identified above is the data controller for personal data processed through Kennelyst.
Personal data we collect
- Account data — name, email address and sign-in details.
- Business data — customers, pets, bookings, transactions, expenses and staff records you enter, import or sync (for example from Square, when you connect it).
- Billing data — plan, subscription status and payment history. Card details are collected by Paddle, not stored by us.
- Usage data — basic product analytics such as page views, and messages you send through forms.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, compute your business analytics, process subscriptions, provide support, and improve the product. Business data is isolated per business and never visible to other customers.
Who we share it with
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, taxes and billing.
- Square — only if you choose to connect your Square account.
- Infrastructure and AI processing providers that host and run the service on our behalf.
We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.
Retention and your rights
We keep data while your account exists and as required by law. You may request access, correction, export or deletion through the contact form.
