The service

Kennelyst is business-intelligence software for pet-care businesses. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you register.

Payments and our Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

Trials and subscriptions

• New businesses receive a 14-day free trial. After it ends your data is retained and the account becomes read-only until you subscribe.
• Plans are Starter $79, Growth $149 and Pro $299 per month, billed automatically each month until canceled. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other businesses' data, no reverse engineering, overloading or reselling the service.
• Only upload data you have the right to use, and keep sign-in credentials private.

Intellectual property

You own the business data you enter. We own the Kennelyst software, brand and content, and grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security risk. You can cancel at any time. We do not delete retained business data because of an expired trial or failed payment; you may request deletion through the contact form.

Disclaimers

Kennelyst provides estimates and analysis, not accounting, legal or financial advice. The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
